ダッシュボードにデフォルトで存在する
「WordPress ブログ」や「WordPress フォーラム」は
正直クライアントからは必要ないので削除する。

hijiriworld Webさまにやりたい事そのものが掲載されているので、これを改変するだけ。
公式は Dashboard Widgets API の中盤以降にある「Advanced: Removing Dashboard Widgets」あたり。
